E '7: 45 am, you're still in pajamas, and the phone rings. The time has come for an interview. It seems normal, right?

Telephone interviews are increasing. Why? Simply, it is cheap and is an easy way for the director of recruiting candidates of the screen effectively. It takes more time and money – particularly for out-of-town – a personality interview candidates.
