This phone completely exceeded all my expectations. I paid less than $10 for this phone, and it's worth 3x as much. In addition to being a slimline, corded phone, it has a ton of features and fantastic sound quality. A great phone all around.

the phone is ok for the price. purchased for a senior that needed something easy to use. she has a problem holding the phone, because the buttons are on the receiver and you can push them without meaning to. Little HARD TO PROGRAM,but it works for her,no bells or whistles, but a decent cheap phone for a person that can't hear well.
This is a fine phone

I was hesitant to buy this phone after reading the other reviews, but my caller ID box went out and this phone is cheaper than getting a separate box! It works fine. I was able to hang it up on the wall (slightly confusing mechanism, but it works). The contrast on the display can be made brighter using the Options button. The default is 3, I set it to 5 which is the max. Not great, but not bad. It can be cumbersome having all the buttons on the receiver and it would be nice if the display was lit, but you know what, for the price, it's just fine.
